do they need spacers? any issues?

Default im more worried about offset. i know the bolt pattern is the same.
brake clearance, fender/suspension rubbing. thats what im worried about.

IIRC, you will need spacers to clear the front calipers, especially if you have new pads.

I think u need spacers, I was looking for one and ended up with regular BBS CH

Default "Fit" is relative.
I am trying this right now. The OEM CHs are ET 43, and you will need >10 mm spacer to clear HP2 calipers. I got mine with 235s already on them, and they poke a lot.
