Default clutch pack E bit it. No more tip fun.

WHy didn't anybody tell me this trans was weak!?

hahahaaaaaaaa

anyway. Time to get back on that horse. Consider this a call for any available parts that will help me do my conversion. Need a trans, rear diff, front axles, stock 6spd downpipes, borla 6spd catback, ugh. cry. death.

Default Really? You honestly thought your TIP was going to hold up to your RS6 tune?

An OTS stg 3 kit will toast a TIP.

Just part it out or sell it, and then get a 6 sp. It's going to be a lot of work for the conversion.

Default minimum parts: rear diff, front axels, trans, linkage, clutch pedal/master, flywheel /clutch

drive shaft and pressure line. your Exhaust will work.

go to a junk yard.

Default What exactly led to this? Did you feel it go while you were just driving or

were you beating on it at the time? Also any idea how much hp you're putting down, and have you been running the Tip with the Rs6's for any length of time or did you just install? Just another interested Tip owner.

Default Stock tip and TC or built?

That sucks man. Been considering the swap myself. Although, the 6spd guys have to rebuild and deal with replacing clutches as well when making good power.
