Default Clutch Issues continue. Help badly needed.

This is all post install of the Vast Kevlar clutch and LWFW. For whatever reason, the master slave cylinder keeps blowing out on my mechanic. He's gone through three of them already while trying to fix the S. It's not a bleeding issue. Piggie has been on the phone with him, comparing photos. They can't figure out why this keeps happening. Mike has been great, and I wish he were here in Chicago. This would probably be fixed by now.
Does anyone have any idea where we can look next to investigate? My mechanic is fresh out of ideas.
Thanks a ton.

Do you have any symptoms (aside from the blown cylinder), like weird pedal feel or engagement?

Default Pedal would stick and only come halfway up..

This led me to believe it was a bleeding issue. Took it back and he re-bled it. Happened again, but this time the clutch wouldn't come up at all, and was stuck all the way to the floor. This is due to the slave cyl. exploding.

Interesting part is, that I drove the car with the new clutch/stasis tranny/lwfw for 1300 miles w/o problems. Piggie saw the pics of the clutch, and he praised me for breaking it in gently.

No. Felt normal. I thought maybe a trans fluid leak, but this is not the case.
