oh yeah? i don't really need it atm.. but. good to know.. and i could do the soldering myself actually..

I do the repair for $175 plus shipping. I've done more than 30+ of them. I use a supplier in Portugal. I sell the screens alone for $97.50 shipped in the US. Only make a 8% profit on that. Which is for all the leg work and hours I had to spend working on it for the last year.

Well it wasn't a total bogus but it wasn't the right thing. When I got the package I was happy until I opened it. What I've recieved were these small circuit boards that u spose to solder somewhere on your LCD display and it should fix it. I've got mad and throw everything in the box and it's sitting somewhere in my basement
They are about $60 each from Sacer in China. Don't know where you can get them for a dozen for $115. Think thats probably bogus. Regardless, the chinese ones suck unless you have the older cluster with the analog clock.
