Default Blown Audi A6 2.7T turbo - need suggestions!

ok, so it finally happened. Blew my turbo a few days ago. Already have Miltek exhaust and downpipe, RS4 clutch kit, H&R coilovers and many other handling mods. I was running OCT stage 2+ chip. I checked with local GIAC dealer (Dynasport Racing in San Jose) - he can do a GIAC stage 3- with K04 turbos for about 8K. Dynasport said that will get me to about 330-350 hp range. The other option is to get RSK04 turbo/fueling kit without manifolds from AWE ($5600) + about 4K labor (Labor quotes are from Dynasport racing in San Jose). AWE claims about 460 HP with this setup. Is that realistic? Any other suggestions in this price range? Thanks for any advice!! The car has been a blast to drive. It has about 70K miles to it. I have no plans of selling it...

Run with the GIAC 3- setup for now IMO. Make sure you have at least an RS4 clutch. Step up to full stage fueling/tuning later if you feel you need it. I ran GIAC 3- for about 15 months and enjoyed it much. Make sure you get a 5 bar FPR for your GIAC 3-.

Why not come to SoCal? save $$$ and have it at WMS better known as king of 2.7s in LA.

I can do the same setup for $5800 or full AWE stg3 $7500.

Feel free to call me at (818)997-6500. We can also pickup your car for a small fee or offer you free room and rental if you bring it down to us.

2nd taking it to WMS. I drove twice your distance from Oregon and mike took care of me real fast. I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Plus he could get an upclose look at mikes eurotuner car? That's worth a little extra distance.

Hi how are you guys doing. I am new to this forum. I bought a 2003 Audi A6 2.7T 6 speed manual black with light tan with the sports interior package, 81k miles. The car is praticaly stock other then it was chiped to 307hp,... hauls ***! Anyways no it doesnt since the driverside turbo is burning oil making siren noises. I know its the driverside since I checked the lower intake cooler pipes for oil one side is nearly spot less other side is a mess. I dont have the money to fix it so I would like to sell it as it sits. But, though if I would fix it what would it cost. Thanks guys, also if your intrested in buying the car off me ill post some pics later on today and Im located in San Diego California. My email is dukondp@hotmail.com
