Default in regards to what?

I can hit 200hp+/litre easier in my FSI than in a 2.7T. Hell, come spring I'll be at around 300hp/litre.

Everything in the B6's and up gets more refined compared to the B5.

Tuning the engine management is more advanced than these B5's.

The body is alot more solid.

There aren't a ton of parts that break compared to the B5's. (Audi obviously learned some lessons after the 2.7T k03 cars that were released)

So I'm just curious what you mean by the B5 being better than all.

Trust me, I'm not going to stop building the B5's, but the amount of hassle and money involved to get over 200hp/litre is not fun sometimes, considering you want to have some reliability too.

Default What's the point of having six 3rd gears? Seems kind of redundant.

Makes more sense to have six separate gears...

Default haha...

as the B5's get older, I think some people need to realize they're dumping loads of money into something that just may not be worth it. Don't get me wrong, I do like the fact that we all want to keep the B5 alive, but I wouldn't discount the new platforms being really exciting to work on as well! It's just a bit ignorant to say the B6's and up are nothing compared to a B5 unless you really have your hands in the new models.

I am literally taking a dump right now before going to play ball with some friends.

But its not like I don't go to work/school/AF/hang with friends/play basketball/etc to hang out on AW so its all good

Default ... well also the new models are still $$$ ... and id be hesitant to mod

something with so much value

whereas the b5 is dirt cheap now, and still a nice luxury car (when maintenence is up to date ... )
