So you think it is a simple boost leak? That would be great and easy to fix (hopefully)

i recommend getting some logs of the car without the MBC or TCD first.

Default I think some of your problems can be directly related to AWE stage 3's AFR curve....

leaner in the lower and mid range, only rich on the top end. I'm not willing to say that all your problems are related to that because the data looks pathetic in terms of acceleration so yeah I'd do a pressure test and do a once over on some things. I'd return back to normal boost without MBC and TCD, too.

Default ...

- having been one of the few guys that early on tried to tweak the awe kit

1) +10 primary will for certain get you rich O2 codes - if fact, +10 actually triggered limp mode when my O2s were 1/2 working

2) try as you might, it is going to be impossible to change the "shape" of the awe fueling curve to get you richer earlier and then to flatten out - I tried 200% accelerating and it still wouldn't get there

3) as you can't get the early part of the curve rich enough without preventing pig rich later on, you have to find the middle ground that gets timing to 15 at wot without giving you too rich codes (on this point you also have to avoid a large boost spike with this fueling kits fueling curve as timing will go to hell very quickly as awe's kit was programed only to hit 19psi with a slow ramp to 20.5psi)

4) i sort of gave up trying to tweak it but if I remember I ended up at +3 primary, +150 or so accel and +2/+3 timing for 94 octane when I was doing it - this is for a ebc trying to hold 22spi with a slight taper (i needed to do a lot more tuning so don't take these numbers as anything but a starting point

search the board as i know there have been a few guys wo have gotten an AWE car into the mid 3s with a tcd/mbc @ 21/22psi and very minor tweaks on 93

Do you have EGT data for that range? I'm curious to see if O2s are sensitive to EGT for a given AFR.

Default Yeah, something is not right. Maybe the wideband is off? Which brand is it?....

It seems that O2 values change for a set AFR if the EGTs are way different.
