Default :)

Awwww, do the non-leather recaro's in the Evo make your pretty pink butt itch?
Such a lame excuse.

Default No, we are not talking drag cars here. We are talking daily driven, 9 second cars.

They have full interiors, AC, heaters, air bags, and the owners drive their kids to school in them.
S4's will be there one day, too....

Default Tires will really help that ET, but I don't know how the tranny will like it.

I have seen full weight 3000GT VR-4's run 10's at nearly 140mph on a pair of 16G's. Granted they have a slightly larger engine, but they are AWD pigs like the S4.
I definatly think your S4 has 135mph+ in it. I am thinking tires and possibly a restriction in your heads. Maybe your turbos just aren't flowing like I think they should? Anyway, good stuff. Can't wait to see you run it again.

Default i have driven a big turbo 4 cylinder car as a daily driver.

they dont really go hand in hand. not to mention **** breaks at those power levels. i know i have never run across an EVO or an STi that I couldnt pull on with ease, living in socal (the land of million whp EVOs and STi's) you would think otherwise.

Default but you're the best at everything!!!11oneoneeleventy11!!

i'd bet a good 75% of Evo and STi drivers (S4 drivers too) have no idea how to make the most of their machines

Default i could say plenty on the subject but I will just say your aspect of reality is very distant

there are only a handful at best of cars that will do that and I have never seen one and I doubt you have. EVO forum members might laugh on the forums but the reality is I have yet to see any of the socal EVO boys really throw down something huge, every keyboard tuner has a fast car but in the world of "run what ya brung" its drastically different. FWIW I used to share a 450whp "daily driven" GSX eclipse it had an ACT 6puck/extreme duty clutch with 10 lb LWFW, 4" exhaust (the horrible drone still haunts my dreams at night), a sard 40mm ext wastegate and if you think for a second that was an enjoyable daily drive you are strangely mistaken. Revving the car up to 3000rpms to keep it from chattering like a mother****er was less then fun while sitting in traffic on the 405 freeway. FYI 450whp was bone stock motor on pure 91 octane. race tune was significantly faster and was never dynoed as we street tuned it, fast enough to pull on a single turbo supra running 11.6@127 on radials. all while having A/C, leather seats pretty volk wheels, stock air bags. the whole lot! it was still NOT a daily driver, though it was at times used as one. I do love the 4G63T though and would love to get myself back into a project eclipse again one day.

Default you are correct, this guy makes it seem like they come stock running 9s LOL

those things are lucky to break 14s with most of the drivers in them. stock EVOs and STi's were baby seals in my A4, i dont expect that to change with modded versions in my S4. even if i do run into one of these mythical 9 second daily drivers I will rape at least 50 other ones before i meet that one, so that makes me faster in the end. :-) maybe we should just compare our cars to the OZZ mobile since one S4 runs 9's. LOL
