Anyone curious about what could be the "safest" k03 chip in regards to blowing turbos...

You're once, twice, three times the turbo lady...
thats what my mtm chip would sing if it could. Lets see if it can blow my 4th set of turbos, hopefully the ko4's will do better than the last 3 sets of ko3's

Interested in hearing more of what you find...
got some questions also, keep in mind I'm a n00b of sorts...
What FATS would a car with only an X-chip be running?
I plan to use a MBC along with any chip I went with, in that case would the wear on the stock K03s been the same regardless of which chip (say neuspeed or X-chip)?

If you ran MBC in parallel, the MBC would only control the intial spike. Therefore....
the top end boost of each chip will still differ, which would result in different wear on the turbos (or so we assume).
As for a car running X chip only, I would say between 5-5.5 seconds assuming the car is somewhere near sea level, has good gas (93 or 94 octane, sorry craptane guys), and is not some insane freak of nature. With that said, my car is more than just chipped. With all the mods I have plus the X chip, I've pulled low 4s in really cold weather. On average, in 70F weather for example, I still run mid to high 4s. Therefore, you can see the reduced boost and *slightly* reduced timing of the Neuspeed chip slowed me down considerably. I may have forgot to mention this before, but testing was done in ~30F weather.

if I read that correctly, you lost approximately 1s of FATS
between the X-chip and the neuspeed?
I was hoping the neuspeed would be closer to the x-chip, making it stand out as the better decision. I'm trying to make some sort of decision choosing which to go with along with a MBC, piggie pipes and exhaust.
Neuspeed lists their current chip as 1.2bar on their site.
