Default AMS Stage 5 / Thermoswitch installed last night, finished up the solder on the MAF wiring today,

The AMS stuff is VERY smooth, don't have alot of time behind the wheel yet, but that much is for sure. Car idles properly, RPM's don't dip from 800 to 300 when at a stop when your turn on the heater or AC, RPM's don't drop from 800 to 300 when you put in the clutch then release it at a stop (anticipating a green that doesn't come). No unusual on/off throttle bucking. No odd hesitations when the car is cold.

Not bad for a car that was the "supposive reason" why the other kit wouldn't work right.

No fault codes to boot.

I really wanted to run the other kit, and even to this day probably would have preferred that mainly due to power, program switching and reputation. Honesty is important with me, if something doesn't work right, admit it, don't say it "Must be your car", I take that serious, spending COUNTLESS hours trying to find a problem that didn't exist, spending hundreds of dollars replacing parts that were fine, desperately trying to find a solution.

AMS may not be the fastest option, upgrading from the K03 software made the pricing more attractive, I just wanted closure to this part of my project.

That is all. I've said my FATS peace out.
