Default 8 years and 100k miles later...

I really can't believe how much and how little can change in 8 years. On July 31st 2001, I picked up a Santorin Blue S4, and didn't know what the future would hold. 8 years later, I can say without any reservation that I'm glad I didn't settle for an A4...

We've had our share of ups and downs, but to this day, she still puts a s^#t eating grin on my face whenever I start her up, or whenever I decide to put my foot to the floor, or drifting around in a random parking lot in the middle of the night during a snowstorm, or... well, you get the idea.

As my sig states and what I realized a while back, is that the B5 S4 will always hold a special place in automotive history, and most certainly in my life.

... to another 100k.

[The first pic was taken the morning after I picked her up on August 1st, 2001.
The second pic was taken almost eight years later in the afternoon on Saturday May 9th 2009.]

Congrats! I crossed 8 years in the S4 about 4 weeks ago. Been through stages 0, 1, 2, 2+, 3-, and 3 in that time. Currently at 122K.

me and you both, I remember my first A4 2.8 while you still had your, then you pickup your S4 two week before my Nogaro, that Nogaro got in to accident and I had replace it with the Imola. I still can't believe I it been this long, and the Stage 3 put alot of smile on my face each time I took down some one
