9.5 " is too wide for the rear. What size tires are you planning to run?

Default Need some fender rolling for lowered suspension to fit 255/35/18s. CH offset of 35 is good...

Also needed fender rolling for previous 235/40/18's on 18x8.5 ET 35.

Default ET 30 on an 8.5" wheel in the front is out there.

You'll probably be past the fender. My wheels are 8.5" wide and ET37 and they're just about even with the fender. I don't rub but I'm not that low. 9.5" in the back is pretty wide too. You definitely won't need spacers cause you'll probably be too far out already.

Default i'm running that with 6mm spacers in rear

to clear the control arms. Rear rubs on big bumps or really hard cornering, but perfectly streetable (I have eibach springs + bilstiens)
You can stagger AWD just fine if you match rolling diameter. It increases understeer, but looks really mean.
