I just agreed on price with a dealer on a 2022 S4! Here's the pre-order build:
Premium Plus
Navarra Blue
Black Optic
S Sport Package
Bang & Olufsen Sound
Fine Nappa Leather - Black
Black Audi Rings and Badges
Audi Contrast Stitching in Blue

And I'm debating on the Audi exclusive Painted Inlays in Navarra Blue. Anyone have pics? Thoughts?

I'm a long-time car nut. Vettes are my favorite but I love hot rods, restomods and I loved the 2016 Audi S4 I had a few years back. I just sold my C5 and will be driving my C3 or borrowing my wife's SUV until the S4 arrives.

Congrats! Navarra is a great color. I don't have experience with the Audi exclusive painted inlays (love my carbon fiber though). If you end up ordering them, it would be great to see pics when you get the car.

I was tempted to order a '22 and would have gone Audi exclusive on the paint (like a matte silver), but I was told the '22s wouldn't arrive until January at the earliest. Is that true for you?

They are saying Nov/Dec - Sure hope that's accurate!

Wow. 3 dealers here in the NE said January. Maybe it's regional, or maybe the timeline changed in past 3 weeks. Good luck!

My guess, the dealer doesn't want to lose a pre-order... I think I'll contact other dealers in Texas tomorrow just to see what they say.

I had no idea contrast stitching and painted inlays were even available on the S4.. Is that new for 22?

Neither did I but yes, there are Audi Exclusive options available on the S4. If you choose an option, you have to pay for that option and a one-time $1200 fee (no matter how many options you select). What's the best way to upload and post pics? I used photobucket way back in the day on the CorvetteForum. I can post the 2022 Audi exclusive sheet.

My understanding, it was going to cost ~$7k to do contrast stitching on "all" the leather surfaces so I ended up passing. The Painted Inlays option was ~$1,500 but add the $1,200 and it's $2,700 to have the carbon pieces painted to match the exterior paint. Really cool idea, but too much $$ for me.

Watching the C8.R's race is pretty awesome and Audi is always competitive if not on the podium. I cannot wait until the S4 arrives... Hoping I'm a lucky October delivery.
