is this car lowered?

This is the best looking B9 I've seen. Other than the front splitter and trunk spoiler (and perhaps wheel spacers?), has this car been lowered?

Looks standard to me. Here's mine with the sport package and adaptive dampers(stock):

I cant get over with how the OEM tires do not fill the wheel arches well...

This is much better and only difference is 255 vs 245 OEM.

The car is definitely NOT lowered, mine in the pic looks like a 4x4 though.
