Default What do you think of these lease numbers?

I'm looking to lease a 2011 S4 and just got these numbers:

MSRP $53,750
Selling price $52,000
Cash Down $2147.49 (first payment, title, license, bank fee, etc.) - no cap reduction
Lease Factor .1740
36 month lease

With 10k miles/yr: $709.20 ($778.35 including tax) *residual at 59%
With 12k miles/yr: $723.19 ($793.70 including tax) *residual at 58%

A 42 or 48 month lease would bring the payments down further.

Thoughts?

A bit more off MSRP would make sense.

Agreed. I paid close to what you did for my 2010 S4 Prestige; $52,250 - but the original MSRP was $56,070. Sure, I'm a repeat buyer, there wasn't as much demand for the car back then, and I got a great end-of-the-year deal. But, you should still be able to do better than $1750 off MSRP! What is the invoice price of the car? Will they work from invoice?
