Those are the 19" wheels that come with the black optics package. I'm not sure about obtaining them after market though there are almost certainly replicas available.

Those wheels were optional and I think only came in 20" (at least on the S4). ECS sells a replica of them that's pretty reasonably priced in 18" and I think 19".

I never got the name of the ship from my guy but he did update me telling me my car was unloaded in Houston on the 29th.
