Initially Bilstein released these for the A4 and thought they would work on the S4 as well. However, it was determined that the valving was not a good match for the S4. They have pulled them from the catalog until they can do some redesigning. The latest "update", which was yesterday coincidentally, is that they have not put the project on their schedule yet.
