A side benefit to getting a new S4
You know what one of the best parts of getting this car is? I'm on a forum where people actually know how to type complete words, spell somewhat correctly, and use normal English grammar. I'm moving over from being a bit of a regular on E90post.com as I'm trading in the BMW to go back to an S4. It was painful at times trying to read posts from the guys and gals on that site.. for example, "wut iz wrng w/ my new ride...its brkn, can u hlp pls?...AND MY CAPS LOCK IS STUCK". Sorry, but that's how some of their posts read.
Oh well, I'll probably be banned from their site now. It just got so out of hand - modded 3 series with purple tinted windows and fake M3 body kits, and then they don't even have the decency to use a complete sentence when writing how their parents bought them this great new car as a high school graduation present. It's so nice to be around adults who respect good cars.
And to stay on topic - I can't wait until November!!

I visit e90post a lot as well... dont forget that there are more 3 series owners than owners of ALL audi makes.... just that fact means that you will see more people of lower IQ there.... it's not everyone... dont be jaded...

Abbreviated writing comes from texting, and it appears to be the domain of the upcoming generation. I can't understand my 13 year-old when he texts me.

As a former Audi/VW owner (Two A4's, a GTI, and a '04 R32) and now an owner of a 2008 BMW Montego Blue 135i I can somewhat relate. I always thought BMW's were nice cars but never though I would cross over because of the snob appeal associated with them. I joined the dark side when VW decided not to make the MKV R32 with a 6spd manual transmission. Although I love my 135i there are things about the Audi I miss. The most obvious is quattro and secondly is the beauty of Audi interiors. With a kid on the way I'm thinking about ditching the 135i for a four door sedan or SUV. The S4 definitely intrigues me as well as the Q5. The new lower price point is attractive and when cross shopped with a 335xi the S4 actually can be had for less. Now if Audi would get more aggressive with their lease programs they may regain a former customer!
