s4 sat for 1.5 years how do i prep it to start it
ok guys crashed my s4 b8.5 120k miles 1.5 years ago basiclly and just sat in my drive way, front end collosion, other than damage to body panels the headlight was fully gone and the core support got bent a little but that is all
so i just replaced the entire front, rad, rad support brackets crash bar and all of that since i got the entire thing from a parts car. i changed everything now inside and out and filled back all liquids except for trans and engine
My only concers are how do i start the car the safest way while not trying to damage my engine or transmission, car ran for 5 years like a dream before the crash. obv i lost trans fluid from changing the front end so i am worried how do i go from here.
my last steps now im thinking is do i try to drain the trans fluid and fill it back up and change the filters, also change engine oil and fitlers. also gonna take out the old fuel and put new one in and change spark plugs. and use fogging oil
any tips or advice ?
thanks boys

I watch a lotta YouTube so you could start there.
Basically:
1 - pull the coils and plugs and pour (without getting dirt in there) an ounce or 2 of ATF in each cylinder.
2 - turn it over by had a couple times (with front-end in service mode)
3 - let the starter turn it over a few times (put a rag over the spark plug holes cuz squirt)
3 - put everything back together
4 - start it up!
I'm sure you could do a lot less but that's my process.
