I think the TL SHAWD also does not have a fold down rear seat. A deal breaker for me right there. Even, if I didn't love the handling of the S4 and think it was superior. What about the torque on the G37X, is that as addicting as on the S4??

G37 torque is approx 270.....so you need to wind it out a bit more to hit the powerband. And yes, the TL rear seat does not fold either.

I love the engines nissan puts into their cars. Sound AMAZING for a v6 
....but I can't get over how much more torque the s4 has and the G37 has looked the same for years. Thats why I am paying the extra to grab the s4. Turns more heads for sure. Nissan engines always have great output for a 6 cyl NA....Imagine if it had a supercharger like the s4.....
