P0491 & P0492 Secondary Air Injection System Insufficient Flow

Other side, near the blue windshield washer fluid cap.
Remove the black plastic push-in pins at the left and right side of the plastic plenum cover. Then pull the rubber weather strip off the front edge of the plenum, then you can lift off the plastic plenum cover. The rear edge of the cover fits into a slot at the base of the windshield.
There will then be a black plastic box near the washer fluid fill, remove the screws to open it up. On some Audi models you need to pull the ECU out to get to the relay/fuse panel that is underneath the ECU.
