Wow, that's really bad info coming from an "Audi Brand Specialist". Steering and Sport Diff are two completely different things.

You can also have the sport diff if you have buttons behind the shifter that read comfort, auto, and dynamic if you don't have nav. You wouldn't have individual though.

On a 2011 S4 with full ADS, you will have four settings: Engine, steering, sports diff, suspension. I know because I have it.
Prestige includes "individual" where the owner can adjust all these settings on the fly, individually, via the MMI.
Due to clever packaging, I believe I had to opt for the Prestige pkg to get ADS. Even if I got PP with Navi, I don't think ADS was an option - could be wrong though.

Agree with sending the VIN to Audi and knowing, for sure, what the car is equipped with.

The individual setting comes with nav, not prestige. I have a 2011 premium plus and have the individual setting without full ADS, just sport differential. You did have to get prestige in order to get full ADS with dynamic steering and adjustable dampers, but sport diff gets you auto, comfort, and dynamic modes for the steering boost, throttle response, sport diff, and S-tronic (if applicable) and nav gets you individual mode for all of the above settings. Adding the full ADS option replaces steering boost adjustability with dynamic steering and gives you adjustable dampers

Ah. I never looked at a prem plus build, so never really considered the pros and cons of each.
