Default OT Driving Shades

What are your favorite shades for driving?

I have problems looking as the display with my favorite polarized Maui Jims so here's my new Oakley with a G30 non polarized lens.

Which display washes out with the polarized glasses? That could be a deal breaker for me.

(Polarized Revos).

I can honestly say this is the first car where my polarized shades do NOT wash out anything. I am using both Maui Jims and Oakley's(again, both polarized) and neither one has any viewing problems. In my 335 I couldnt see anything with either one of them.

The Nav display will wash out when my head is tilted, but everything is ok when in a normal driving position.
I am also planning to tint my windows, and in my old car, the polarized lens cause a rainbow effect.

That is to be expected, since an LCD uses polarity as part of it's design. I uave Oakley's and they are polarized, I have zero issues unless I drive around with my head cocked at a 45% angle (who would?).

You can avoid this with ceramic tint.

I like polarized Prada sunglasses. The ones that have the very subtle branding in like 4 pt font on a red stripe in one of the ears.

I have ceramic tint and have no issues.

The screen can be seen without tilting your head, unlike the BMW.

With my prescription sunglasses, no problem. They are Ray Bans, but the lens is what makes the difference.
