I don't know if they make them for your tire size but Thule makes a chain that really does install in a minute and removes in 30 sec (once you figure it out).

Thule Easy-fit CU-9 - Thule

It's pricey but I just love them. I use snow tires on my A6 but now and then I need chains in the mountains. I put them on and 5 miles later I have to take them off. It's no problem with the Thule's. Just make sure that the chains you buy will have the necessary clearance on your car with your rims and tires. Clearances for chains can be tight on Audis. Your Thule dealer should know but I had to speak to 3 of them to find one who did.

just run A/S tires then. UHPAS tires have enough snow traction.

California DMV law requires carrying snow chains in snowy weather with AWD & M/S tires. One may not be required to put them on, but they must have them in the vehicle.

Me too, I have never put the chains on, but I carry them in the car when I go into the Sierras.
