I am going with the Nappa Black/Silver. Getting a 2015 prestige, 6MT, Optic packages, loaded with everything offered except some of the unnecessary "port installed" stuff but including SC badges and no front plate option

Why not skip the SC badges and put then on after you get the car . IMHO, $125 for badges is steep.

So doesn't this address whether a manual tranny is available on '15 model S4? I thought I remembered hearing folks suggest it may no longer be available but that's good in any case. I'm curious which wheels are coming with your Black Optics package since again this is a '15 model. There was another thread in the past discussing a different look.

Manual tranny is available. 100% I think the wheels look similar to the titanium package but I cannot be perfectly sure.

Like look of red. Nappa is easy upkeep. (I have all black Nappa.). Can't comment with certainty on Alcantara but my expectation is that silver Alcantara will be more difficult to keep clean.

manual is still available, although when the new model comes out (2016, but I think 2017 for US) there is about a 90% chance that manual will no longer be available similar to the 2015 A3/S3, although that model is specifically targeted at the sorority market, so you never know.

Black Optics wheels are no longer the rotor 5 arms as were typical in the past. They will be the 10 spokes from the 2014 RS4 in a mixed titanium finish. they don't look too bad in pictures (google it) but they look like crap in the Audi marketing materials renderings.

I do not recommend going with the grey leather or alcantara inserts for the seats. Every Audi on the show circuit with the grey inserts looks worn and dirty. I know that's an accelerated wear environment, but it doesn't bode well for long term durability.

I went with red/black and loving it, wouldn't trade for anything else! The full Nappa leather is SWEET! Both combos would look nice, it just comes down to personal preference. Red gives it a bold and very sporty look and feel, silver gives it a classy and subtle sporty look and feel, IMO.
