Sojournin

This has happened several times, I can't figure out what's doing it. My Navi audio occasionally lowers on it's own. I've adjusted the volume to be the same as the radio's volume, but occasionally it sets it much lower. I would have to go back in and change it back. I haven't paid attention as to whether this occurs when I'm listening to XM or FM (or no different at all). Does anyone else have this experience?

Anyone know how to get the keyless entry lock to work? The App says make the doors lock automatically when key is outside and the vehicle doors are closed.
