I agree with you on the 3rd pedal part, but those seats looked pretty awesome in person and they were comfortable and supportive to sit in (Chicago Auto Show in February). I was very surprised they had the S6 and S7 open for guests to sit in at the show.

And perhaps they may have modified drive select to address people's complaints.

FYI this can be changed on the B8S4 via VAG-COM.


Set ADS to specific preset Comfort, Auto, Dynamic or Individual
[09 – Cent. Elect.][Security Access - 16]
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 63
Set to 01 - Comfort, 02 - Auto, 03 - Dynamic or 04 - Individual
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 64
Set to 01 - Comfort, 02 - Auto, 03 - Dynamic or 04 - Individual
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 65
Set to 01 - Comfort, 02 - Auto, 03 - Dynamic or 04 - Individual
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 66
Set to 01 - Comfort, 02 - Auto, 03 - Dynamic or 04 - Individual
*Note all four channels needs to be set to the same value.

Yeah, I don't quite get that. That stitching pattern belongs on a blanket on grandma's bed.

I like the quilted seats.


I was going to make a comment about knowing your grandma's bed but decided against it.
