Hey, new to this forum. Just bought a 2012 Audi S4, love this car! But all my friends Iphone's that are the same model as mine ( 5C ) play music through my MMI Audi adapter in the glove box with the white attachment for the Iphone. I plug my phone in the same way, but the MMI screen just says "loading" for ever. I called the dealer, gave them my MMI version, they told me my system has the latest update already. I can call and see contacts, but play no music. Why can other Iphone 5C's work, but not mine?

Are you using an Apple adapter or a clone. Most clones won't work.

The cable is a Apple product. I also just did a complete phone reset light apple told me to do, still just the "loading" message on the MMI screen.
