If you were to flash every Audi and BMW in San Francisco, you'd pretty much have to leave your high beams on all the time.

Factory settings here. Been flashed maybe 2 times in the 6 months I've had the car.

Default Correct this issue with my S4..........

I was always getting flashed.....posted on another forum.
Changed the lights to Travel mode = "ON". Travel mode is really if you have a number of individuals in the back seat, loaded trunk, etc., that shifts the weight of the car raising the headlights...so this mode lowers them. When I did this, no more flashing (lowers the front headlights by 10-15 degrees by my estimate).

Press CAR/Exterior Lighting/Travel Mode. Change to ON. You do get a comment on dash when you start the car in this mode though.

i have the 2010 prestige model (not sure if that is relevant, feature-wise), and i have no travel mode option.

i thought these cars had auto-leveling lights--- i see them adjust every time i get in the car.......

I do the same thing when people flash me. I try to burn their eyes out. They must feel extra dumb when they flash me and suddenly get blinded. Thats just one of my peves with drivers though. My other big one is when people make it a point to drive the same speed as the car next to them so as to not let you pass. If it were legal I'd ram them right off the road.

Default people's eyes are just more attracted to the LED's which causes them to stare

it was the same phenomenon when xenon headlights came on the scene...

soon enough every car will have LED;s and the allure will go away.

I dont have a S4, but I have gotten flashed with my S6 led's once.

I've own my CPO '12 S4 for 3 months and I am constantly being flashed. Anyone else have this problem and what's the best way to fix this?

I had my wife drive behind me one night in my S4 & I was thinking, damn those lights are bright! If I was ever flashed, it was probably for my seemingly good looks on whip it out Wednesday!!!!!

Interesting to read what I wrote back in 2010...I did used to get flashed all the time, but since I lowered the car ~3 years ago I don't think I've been flashed once. So I guess you need to get after doing some mods!
