CPO vs Lease vs Buy New
Hello,
I am set on my next car being a 2013 S4. I found a nice CPO with ~7K miles, fairly loaded asking $52,995. I found another new S4, basically similar options, they are asking ~$57,000.
I will be trading a 2007 BMW 335xi so will be eligible for $1000 conquest savings...only on a new lease or purchase.
I don't think I want to put much $$ down and I might want the lower lease payment (vs purchase). The CPO warranty is a draw, but is it worth it?
For the lease, I will probably end up putting 60-75k miles on the car in 3 years. Sounds like it might be painful at the end of the lease so I may need to purchase it at that point.
Just looking for feedback on the 3 options. I am leaning towards the lease, but something is telling me the CPO is the better decision.
Thanks everyone.

I would say if the CPO has everything you want, then you could get a better deal.
Depending on the options, 53k may be kinda high, especially since you're only saving 4k (~7%) by buying used with 7k miles.
Even though S4s been known to retain its resale value very well, see if you can get that price down.
