update: took the car in for 5k service today and was told that there is a TSB on the backup cam issue and that for my VIN, it is believed to be a MMI software issue, for which they are working on a fix.

Thanks fauxtek. I just had my 8k/5m service and they didn't say jack. My problem happened once only thusfar and I did inform them of this. Disappointed but not surprised...

did anyone get this problem resolved? my 2010 s4 backup camera just went out 30 mins ago. i hear the parking sensors but the screen image went out. i tried checking the fuse as well as restarting the MMI

Update: In April 2013, I had the rear cam issue again and they replaced the data cable between the cam and control module. Everything was fine for 5-6 months and it began failing again. In November, I think they replaced the control module and data cable and again, everything has been fine...until the last week when I've been getting camera failures again. Will have it looked at again when I go in for my 35k service in a couple months.

Regarding the TPMS issue:
I got the same warning after swapping 18" with 19" wheels. Overall diameter is exactly the same (original 245/40/18 and 245/35/19 are both at 25.8" overall), so not sure why the warning.. Tire pressure seems ok.

Yeah, the ABS sensor will notice when one wheel turns at a different rate than the others and show an indicator. If I'm not mistaken, this is independent of the wheels.
