It's just lengthening the life of the pads and rotors by allowing them to properly cool. When you're done racing they can be 600 degrees. If you go take a country drive near the track to cool them off you'll get them down to 250 or something.

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking it might help with heat dissipation and of course make the front and rears match. Good to keep in mind the whole pad wear issue though

No fluid problems. The pedal won't go to the floor unless you're at or near brake failure. That should not happen with the heat dissipation power of the BBK.
