There's no point. I would have ordered the fronts solid if I could have. The slots just chew up the pads.

So if you don't do a 5 mile cool-down drive after a session, what happens? Any fluid frothing? Will the pedal go to the floor for a while after parking?

No fluid problems. The pedal won't go to the floor unless you're at or near brake failure. That should not happen with the heat dissipation power of the BBK.

It's just lengthening the life of the pads and rotors by allowing them to properly cool. When you're done racing they can be 600 degrees. If you go take a country drive near the track to cool them off you'll get them down to 250 or something.

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking it might help with heat dissipation and of course make the front and rears match. Good to keep in mind the whole pad wear issue though

4-5 hours of labor (I think that's what it ran me - but I had rear rotors done too as well as fluid).

Bringing this back from the dead...any chance the AP kit clears 18" wheels. I'm looking for something that will be winter wheel friendly ...
