I agree, the craftsmanship is excellent. I'm not sure about the effect. It is either brilliant or trailer park. I'm not quite sure yet which it is. I have to look at it awhile.

I understand the critiques
I had the same questions but, compared to the silver plastic, and, considering that it matches my seats, I'm pretty happy with the way it came out. Maybe there will be a better answer but I think it will have to come from a production facility. I think the OSIR D trim will improve the look of this modification. I'll receive that product next week and post some pictures when it's installed.

It doesn't look bad, and I truely am impressed with the craftsmanship (great work!). But I'm just not feeling it...probably just because I have a silk nappa interior, and I think it would look pretty bad in my car.
Anyway, thats just my 2 cents, and if you're happy with it, thats what matters. Seriously though, nice job!

Very nice work...
I guess my hang up would be that the whole dash area now has several different "textures" going on. There's the trim strip above the glove box that will be either wood, carbon or faux metal. then there is the textured dash. and now there's the fuzzy alcantara.
I like the look of your parts there - but I think the overall appearance will still look like a patchwork.

that lambo has a much more integrated look - the entire dash is covered - including the steering wheel. totally different from covering a couple trim pieces...
just saying...

Not feeling this one either, but I did like the one covered in CF and another one painted piano black. I'd love to see some tuners come out with a CF trim matching the OEM "Carbon Atlas"

Nice job but like some others I'm not feeling it. I'd prefer a nice piece of carbon fiber or high end looking brushed metal. I like the alcantara on the seats. Honestly though the plastic doesn't bother me too much especially after taking a ride in my brothers Corvette! Now that interior needs some refinement.
