...and I don't get all the people driving SUV's that never go off road.
A wagon gives you the handling of a car and the room of an SUV. Maybe some of you don't have kids, dogs, etc... or don't like going to home depot to pick up crap for home projects.... maybe some of you have multiple vehicles.
Regardless, there is a place for a super wagon.. and they're a ton of fun.
I daily drive my 997 Turbo... that's it... two kid seats in the back.. TWO. I love this car but it is getting old.
I'd love an RS4 as an option... why not... give me some breathing room plus I could actually go to home depot and pick up crap from Ikea, etc.
What I'd really like is an RS6 Avant.. but that won't happen. I'm looking seriously at AMG's new E wagon... AWD finally... and it's coming here.

You are misinformed sort of?? An AMG wagon does exist (crazy HP!!) and can be ordered here to the states. Check it!

But there is no black series as I stated from the get go.
I am well aware and pleased about Mercedes plans for the standard E63 wagon.

I think once I can dump the car seats I'll buy a little more time... but once they're around 10 give or take I don't think they're going to want to be stuffed in the back for any more than the shortest of amount of time.
The new E63 AMG wagon is going to be awesome.. AWD and turbo V8. If only it were an Audi. Imagine a car that's rarer than an Enzo? Huh...
However I think I'll keep the 997 and just pick up a 2nd car.. The AMG is going to be well into the $100k mark... and it's a tad bigger than I'd like. The RS4 Avant just seems so perfect... I could have kept my B8 S4 but chose at the time my 997 Cab simply because the S4 really was that huge a jump in practicality... well that and I couldn't NOT chose the porsche over the audi.
