Hello all,

So today I did a bunch of vag-com mods on my car. All of em worked fine except for the remote operation of windows mod. I followed the instructions...

Enable Remote Operation Windows and Sunroof
[46 - Cent. Conv.] [Coding - 07] -> [Long Coding Helper] Byte 2
Bit 2 - Set to 1

... and the windows close when I hold down the lock button, but I can't seem to get them to open with the unlock button. Is there something else other than the code above to make it work?

Hopefully you other B8.5 owners can chime in on this issue..

This gives you a new menu option in the MMI screens where you can choose doors, roof or both to work with long keypress.

Yes, it's a two step process. By default it's set not to open anything but you can change that in the MMI as stated above.

One tip. If the windows aren't set to one touch up operation the key won't open or close the windows.

I'm ordering one of these finally, anyone have a link to a fully list of codes or @ OP can you point me to the list you used for your B8.5?

Please can someone check these codes for me.
I have a S4 MY2013 Premium with Sport diff +++
I make some changes that should only be done by MY2012 and older and I never wrote down the default codes


Set ADS to specific preset Comfort, Auto, Dynamic or Individual
[09 – Cent. Elect.][Security Access - 16]

[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 63 I have it set to "0"

[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 64 I have it set to "218" I know this one is correct

[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 65 I have this one set to "0"

[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 66 I have this one set to "15"

Please can someone confirm that I have the correct factory default codes
