We did similar pulls, which makes me think something is up with that RS4...
Either that or your S/C is pulling harder then the AWE one.
I'm not sure which Miltek setup he has, but be sure to check if the vacuum lines are capped.

If you take a look at the dyno plot that RS4 is running strong :)
That RS4 is now being taken apart at VF for the supercharger. They base lined it at GIAC yesterday morning.
