Sorry 'bout your problems, bronchitis, accident <in snow> with summer tires BUT...
..this has nothing whatsoever to do with the Audi dealership as the circumstances were set upon them on "no notice", by you. It is impossible for any car dealer to be "on standby" for an accident waiting to happen.
Only ones that qualify for this are fire & rescue personnel.
We need to take responsibility for our own misfortunes and not blame others that don't meet our expectations.

I've found them to be far better than other Dealers in the area. ...
A call ahead would have secured a loaner.
One time they ran out of loaners and had a rental car for me, nothing special, but it was a free car for the day so I can't complain.
Every other time I get an A4 or A6 loaner depending on which car is getting serviced.
