Strange hissing sound from brake and clutch pedal...
On the way to work this morning I kept hearing a strange faint "hisssss" from my feet. It happens about a second after a let off the brakes or clutch pedal. No performance issues or anything. Anyone experience this before? Is it a master cylinder issue? Thanks!

Did it come FROM the pedal are or associated WITH using the pedals?
If it is the noise that is only audible when the back seats are down then it is likely the exhaust flap control. Over 1,700 rpm they close, under they open. Freaked me out the first time too.

It realy seemed to be associated to the pedals...
But it was when I was braking and shifting more in traffic so maybe the RPMs were just in that range. Strange! Thanks for your input.
