I have a newfound large humming noise in the engine compartment that I belive has to do with the steering system. The humming increases as the steering angle increases, but seems tpo diminsh some as the vehicle is moving. This happened once when i first got the car, and the dealer topped off the steering system fluid, problem solved.

The fluid appeared low the other day, so I had the dealer top off the fluid again. The noise went away for about a day, but has now returned.

Any suggestions as to what it could be?
