Starting Issues. Car occationally doesnt recognize that the clutch is pushed ina nd wont start

Ditto.. however I ruled out the clutch and it seems to be pure electrical..
It's definetly more obvious in cold weather, but this year also happened during summer and also during these 60F days in December.
Here are my findings...
Normal situation.. Key in, ign. set to On, press clutch, ing. Start, nothing happens... no noise, nothing, try again, and again it just won't start. Set ign. key to off and try again it might start; some times, it won't start until you take the key out and re-try.
Any other day try this now....
Key in, set ign. to On position, let it rest for 10~15 sec, press clutch, ign. to Start, it starts perfectly. (if not in a 2nd try will do almost inmediatly)
I asked the dealer in my 45K maint to verify this, and of course it could not be replicated, so my frustrated response was a mere.. yeah.. all right, not a biggie. (I'll dispose the car at lease end)

I had the same problem, When it happens again, see if you notice your display and
is it saying press the clutch in to start the car, mine was the clutch sensor that tells the car that it is in.
