Default Pulled the trigger and I am picking up my new S4....

on Tuesday. Looking forward to a great three years in this beast. Just got out of a 540i and in the interim, had an FX45, which BTW is horrible, thats why I am getting an S4. I am giving the FX45 to my co-worker.

Can't wait

Default I don't think catback exhaust will be a problem.

As long as you put the stock exhaust back on before giving it back. Problem is storing the stock exhaust somewhere which needs a large storage space. Hyperflow can you installed and taken out relatively easy also.

Default Re: What didn't you like about the FX? It was either the FX or the S4 for me- I obviously went Audi

The reason I dont like the FX. The throttle tip in is too sensitive. You are either going great guns or you have to really thnk about how you apply your foot to the pedal.

The RIDE..OH MAN THAT RIDE! The main reason why I do not like the vehicle. Way too stiff, picks up every single bump or imperfection in the road. At some moments you are jumping and shaking so bad that you cant even change the station ir talk on the phone.

The AWD system is horrible. Its basically a RWD car and then the system kicks in when it feels like it. I have gotten into some trouble with it.

Gas Mileage. This thing is a PIG!! and I can't believe it does not have a gas guzzler tax on it! I know the S4 is not saint, but anything is better than this thing.

I guess I am not an SUV guy. I really wanted to like the FX, but I was done getting headaches and not enjoying my time in my vehicle.
