Just curious... anybody change their CV boots yet? or other suspension components?

Just wondering... I had an X5 where the CV boots tore at 70k miles...

four cracked bushings on front right and left control arms, replaced by extended waranty prior to

60Kmi

on my A4 (same B6) my FR inner tore at ~54...FL inner followed at ~59.

I wonder why they don't make it out of tougher material.
