just bought some EBC Redstuff pads..should I replace the stock rotors too?

You can buy this caliper at Harbor Freight for about $15
then file out a notch to get around the lip and measure your rotor thickness. Or rotors are $68 each from GAP, but shipping is about $50 ;( since they weight 50lbs
Not my pic, min thickness on our front rotors is 28mm
