Pic didn't come up BTW - color/options/etc. I remember when I sold my '05.5 B6 S4 fully loaded in custom color, I got $44.5K for it. I would expect somewhere in that range. Problem is that new '07s are going for well below invoice at this point witht the '08s on the way. Good luck!

I just missed an 07 with similar options to yours and DTM, 9k miles for $43k from a (non Audi) dealer earlier this month. I think it's likely you'll end up in the $43-45k range if you decide to sell.

I mentioned to a couple people that were looking that I was thinking of selling (I don't see a problem w/ that at all) but I haven't asked anyone's opinion on price before... but thanks for your concern.

I usually don't keep cars much more than a year and in some cases 1/2 that long. I've been holding off on actually putting it out there until most of the '07's (or at least, the more desirable ones) were gone from dealers lots since the pricing on new ones are pretty low right now. Once they're gone I'd expect (from prior experience) that really low mileage, clean cars will rebound slightly since there won't be much of a discount at all on new, incoming '08's.

were just posting that I was thinking about it... maybe this post should have said "I've decided to sell" instead of "Thinking of selling"... either way, it really shouldn't bother you so much and for the record I'm neither too lazy or cheap. I'm extremely busy w/ work and family lately and my car hasn't been a #1 priority.

With how many times people ask the same questions about which exhaust is louder, quieter or whatever or which intake or chip works best over and over I find it pretty funny that you're making a big deal out of me posting on the same topic 4 times!

Actually, my dealer is selling me a custom ordered (with custom color) '08 at $750 over invoice, so yes they are discounting them. Not sure what Bob W's issue is - he seems to have lots of time on his hands tracking down your old posts

we'll see. Like they say, there's an *** for every seat. I just have to find the one that isn't going to try to low ball me for the car! I'll take the expected loss but I'd keep it rather than give it away.

Sounds like you got a great deal but maybe they took that much off for you since it was a special order and it's pre sold so they know it's not going to cost them anything to keep it on their lot? Who knows, either way you did good. I paid $300 over invoice for mine back in April so I did ok too when I bought it.

As for Bob W, I really must have ticked him off or something. I know I couldn't be bothered spending the time to look up someone else's old posts!
