I appreciate it... with the BBS CH, are you runnng 8mm spacers all around?
I did an eye measurement and figured maybe a 10mm up front 20mm in the back. My TT with the CH needed 8mm/15mm.

Sounds like they took good care of you. I have the same avant 04 with 45K. For me, the trade would have been too much $. Enjoy your new wagon!

I'm running only 8mm on the rears because...
I've converted my stock CH's to my winter setup...
Doing this, I've taken into account the potential risk in running 18s in my area, I upsized my Winter Rubber to 245/40/18. This pushed the leading rubber edge 5mm out further than the stock 235 rubber.
I guess you could add the 10/20 spacers as you've indicated but I am lowered so that would defininetly rub for me...
I could possibly add an additional 3mm up front but no more for rear for me.
