Old buddy of mine lent a great deal of help getting these babies on; he had assisted another buddy of his up there do them on another B6 S4, so he had a good idea of the technique needed; plus his shop where he rents a space has a full-size lift--which of course makes things "hecka' easier", as my son says. (Now thinking of buying one of those semi-portable scissor lifts)
But we sorta' 'guesstimated' on the height, and I am thinking maybe she's now sitting a bit too low? Maybe needs to come back up about a 1/2 inch?
Already mildly scraped the friggin' Millteks going in and out of parking lots, and have already found myself negotiating speed bumps and so forth at an angle. Plus she scrapes the inner wheel wells front and rear, just slightly, if I good size dips in the road. This is not what I wanted or intended. I know a small part of the problem is the offset on my RS4's, which I believe came from an RS6 (no pun intended).
On the one hand she looks flat-out MEAN---but another side of me says she looks a bit too overdone---too 'chopped spring ricer look'. I dunno......
Here's pic2---I still can't quite figure out how to get 2 pics in the same page. Maybe a night course at the local CC?

http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/113802/dsc01143.jpg</a

What's your height to the top of the wheel well?
In my sedan, stock was 26.5 inches and now I am at 25.25 inches with the H&Rs all around. No issues so far with speed bumps, driveways, etc.

Danke Schein, meine freund. They were as predicted, 100%. Now just gotta get the height right.
Actually they were in better shape than I had thought. Just had to buy the missing parts and it was pretty elementary from there. The rears are going to be a PITA to adjust, though.

Yeah--the driving down here isn't
'quite' as bad, grated--but it's not too far from it.
Of course, Seattle STILL has some of the worst-maintained roads of any major city in the US----ongoing problem. I've been down here for 19 months now, come home, and not much about that has changed. AAArrrrrgghhh.

My H&Rs have been sitting in my living room for 3 months....
Im in a bad location on the central coast of Cali. I don't trust any of the local shops, I don't have a garage and my tools which are up in Seattle. sigh...
