If you buy a factory order S4 in UK ior rest of Europe as far as I'm aware, by default it comes with a single din CD tuner.....The "option" of in dash changer / tuner / cassette unit or the glove box mounted changer is just that over here...an option

But then you knew that already I'm sure being so knowledgeable in these matters

The single din unit allows for climate controls to be shifted up and the space below (where US cars have climate controls) is a trimmed cubby hole perfect for sunglass storage.
