So is the quality, especially if it's built in Mexico
If the VIN starts with "3" I would not touch it with a 10 ft pole. And I agree with the service really sucking (from significant experience)

if a loaded 4motion passat is 37k, R36 will be at least 43k, you can get a low miles CPOd
S4 for that much.
and the car will not be very mod friendly unless you s/c, and that will be at least a few years away.

Stop by your local VW dealer and take a test drive of
the current V6 Passat and you'll see why. It feels just as fast as a stock S4, the interior is stylish and well constructed.
Add in 300hp, AWD, nice body styling, 5-7 more MPG and I don't see how anyone could argue that it's not a competitor.
And just out of curiosity, have you ever looked at the manufacturer stamp on ANY part of your? You see that circle with the V and the W in it....guess what....same company, same suppliers, same parts, brand new car.

Feels?! It may feel faster, but it certainly is not faster than the S4. To each his own, but it sounds like you are trying to convince yourself that this car will be better than the S4..... sorry, but that simply will not be the case. Good luck.
