Bah.. need new tires, but lease is up in 2 months. Cheap suggestions?

Default Bah.. need new tires, but lease is up in 2 months. Cheap suggestions?
Took car in for service for a check engine light and apparently one of the front tires was so worn down due to bad alignment that it was down to the steel belt which frayed and then cut into the wheel well liner and hit a fuel system evaporator line or something.. gonna be about $450 to fix and I need new tires.

Sucks blowing $1500 before turn-in. Maybe I should buy it out since I'm sinking money in new tires and stuff. hmmm

Kuhmos tend to be pretty cheap. Or used tires.

Default Remember that all 5 have to match if returning the car
So I'd suggest to get something on the cheap side, like the Contis All Season for like $120 ea.

Default not always, I turned my B5s4 in with 16inch snows on reps and no one noticed
Audi uses independent inspectors who don't really know these cars at all.
