and since you have another vehicle for bad weather, I'd choose the CLK55 (W209)...I'm biased since I used to own one when financial times were good. It was nicely modded, too. I can't believe cabs are in the $25K range...price really dropped.

I can't really explain it but I just don't really care for BMW's. They are very nice, but very common around here (Long Island NY).
